All items are shipped via a quality shipper in good packaging to ensure it arrives to you undamaged, without leaks.  Items will be sent USPS or UPS ground and will arrive between 5-10 business days. Please email us before placing your order if you would like expedited shipping, so we can be sure to handle it specially for you.

Returns

Products that are delivered in damaged condition: If you receive a shipment that was damaged during transit or arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please accept delivery, notify the carrier,  and contact us immediately. Customers that are disappointed with the product received, please contact us ASAP. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Taxes

Our products ship out of Oregon and do not require Sales Tax.
